Roger D. Eagleton graduated from California State University, Bakersfield, with a degree in Political Science and Religious Studies and held positions with several national banking and lending institutions in real estate finance. After relocating to the Bay Area, Roger founded Energy Real Estate and, later, Five Star Property Management. Since that time, Roger has been committed to providing professional and quality property management and real estate services with honesty, integrity and the philosophy that the investment goals of his clients are always paramount.

Roger has served as an expert in residential income property and has worked extensively with private investors and court-appointed conservators for the management of fiduciary properties. He also has extensive experience managing single-family homes, apartment buildings and commercial properties. He holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License, BRE# 01791264.

In his off time, Roger enjoys auto racing with the United States Touring Car Championship (USTCC) as well as the National Auto Sports Association (NASA). His recent racing highlights include twice winning the “worlds longest race,” The 25 Hours of Thunderhill, at Thunderhill Raceway in Willows, California. Roger drove with the RJ Racing Team for both wins in the E3 Class and together the team brought home amazing victories against top rated, highly respected national and international drivers and car manufacturers! In addition to his most recent wins, Roger took home the USTCC Sportsman Class Championship in 2015, driving a BMW E-36 M3 racing car.

Roger also enjoys donating time and money to various philanthropic activities and charities around the bay area, including serving as a driving coach for NASA’s Teen Car Control Clinic, where new drivers are taught advanced car control skills that have ultimately saved many lives due to the students improved confidence and experience driving an automobile.
